I believe it was a fun experience that allowed me to show my creative side as there was no end goal. I could just do whatever I wanted and what felt right.
It was harder than I expected because I was not sure if I was doing it correctly. It took me a while to feel comfortable and get the hang of just painting.
Painting with no subject was liberating and inspiring after I got comfortable and in the groove of it. It was a lot more fun than trying to paint with a goal because you did not have the fear of making mistakes.
This is a lot more messy and crazy than most other paintings I have seen and I think it shows that I had no idea what I was doing.
