1:40 am Getting convinced to go to Joshua Tree National Park. This happened 1:30 am.
1:45 am Acquiring energy to complete the two hour journey ahead. Everyone got one.
2:12 am A quarter of the way to the destination with 100 miles. We were all super excited we were doing this.
3 am Taking a small break right next Morongo Casino.
3:30 am Finally made it to Joshua Tree city.
4 am Looking at the stars in the desert. One of the most beautiful place I’ve seen.
6:30 am Gassing it on the freeway back to get home.
6:45 am Finally made it back. We had a full tank when we left and now it was empty.
7 am All of us were so tired and getting ready for breakfast to start our day.

- I chose to do this story because this was a random and exciting trip. Since none of us were prepared and planned to do this, I felt like it was important to document.
- I think I did a decent job at capturing the moments to me. The photos are meaningful to me even if other people can not understand them.
- I think the last picture would be the best one because it shows the ending of the trip. It makes it seem like not much happened and it was a normal experience.
- Yes, I think a decent amount of the pictures I took were not great, but they do help tell the story. It does go along with the spontaneousness because of the poor quality of the pictures.
- I would like to be more prepared and go during morning. It was hard to capture pictures in the night.
- No, there are no other photo stories I want to tell because I am not one for taking pictures and I don’t do it often. I enjoy telling stories in different ways too because I am not a fan of pictures.
